Verce Solutions is involved in rendering services relating to providing an online platform to the merchant / seller to sell their products and enable delivery of the same. Any transaction between the end customers and the merchant/seller are to be resolved amongst themselves according to the terms of the Privacy policy and the website or any other third party shall not be made accountable in any manner. The site may track the IP address of a user’s computer/mobile device and save certain information on their system in the form of cookies. A user has the option to accept or decline the cookies by modifying it on their browser.

The information from users is collected for the following reasons:

Individuals / customers / organizations who provide us with their mobile or phone numbers on-line may receive telephone or text message/WhatsApp contact from us with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such telephone calls or text messages, users can opt out of the same by modifying preferences in the website.

Except as otherwise provided expressly under the terms of this Agreement, the details of the customers, including but not limited to user name, shipping address or payment information shall not be shared by the merchant/seller to any third party including third party delivery agents.
