Cancellation / Refund Policy

In case we receive a cancellation notice before the order has been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount as directed in the ‘Refunds’ section below.

The orders that have already been shipped will not be cancelled in accordance with this policy. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by the store and accept the store's decision regarding the cancellation.

In case the product has been returned by the consumer due to quality or any other issues, we shall take appropriate steps and initiate fresh delivery of the products if desired so by the customer. Or in such cases of outright cancellation by the customer due to quality or any other issues, the amount shall be refunded by us.
